Services We Provide

Paediatric Musculo-Skeletal Assessment

Our specialised paediatric musculoskeletal assessment evaluates your child’s bones, joints, muscles, and movement patterns. Ideal for children with growth issues, injuries, or mobility concerns, this evaluation identifies the root cause of physical challenges to create an effective, individualised treatment plan that adapts as your child grows.

Neuro-Developmental Assessment and Therapy

Our evidence-based, family-centred physiotherapy supports children with movement or developmental difficulties arising from neurological, genetic, or complex conditions. We provide individualised, goal-directed therapy to help your child build essential movement skills and engage meaningfully in their daily life, ensuring the best possible developmental outcomes for every unique child.

Infant Assessment and Therapy

Our expert, family-centred physiotherapy services support infants from birth with movement difficulties, developmental concerns, or musculoskeletal conditions. By utilising evidence-based assessments and goal-directed interventions, we provide early support and guidance for ongoing collaboration therapy to help your baby achieve optimal motor development.

Pre-Term Infant Assessment

Our specialised assessment service supports infants born pre-term (<37 weeks) or with early medical concerns. By utilising gold-standard tools to monitor neurological development, we facilitate the early identification of potential delays. This enables timely, targeted intervention, ensuring your baby receives the right support to achieve their best possible developmental outcomes.

Group Physiotherapy Programs

Our group physiotherapy sessions are led by experienced physiotherapists, offering children a fun, social environment to practise individual goals. By moving therapy into the community, we help children build confidence, socialise with peers, and effectively translate their physical skills into everyday activities, ensuring they feel motivated and supported.

Intensive Sessions

Designed for children with motor delays, our Intensive Physiotherapy Sessions focus on achieving specific goals through high-frequency, evidence-based practice. Whether delivered individually or in groups, these sessions accelerate progress or refine existing skills, helping your child effectively practise and translate their abilities into real-life activities for long-term success.

Assistive Technology and Equipment

Assistive technology provides children with disabilities the tools, equipment, and software they need to participate more fully in everyday life. Our service helps identify and prescribe the right solutions, ranging from simple aids to complex systems, to enhance your child’s independence, confidence, and ability to engage in daily activities.

Serial Casting

Serial casting uses a series of leg casts to provide a prolonged, sustained stretch to calf muscles, helping children with tightness or toe walking. By improving ankle range of motion, this short-term intervention stabilises walking patterns, supports orthotic use, and helps prevent joint contractures for better long-term functional outcomes.

Gait Analysis

Our gait analysis service supports children experiencing movement difficulties, including toe walking, tripping, or pain. By assessing your child’s walking pattern, muscle strength, and mobility, our physiotherapists identify underlying causes. This process informs a personalised treatment approach to help your child improve their movement and achieve an optimal walking pattern.

Hydrotherapy

Our hydrotherapy service provides physiotherapy for children with disabilities, utilising warm water’s properties to support movement and build strength. By reducing joint load and increasing support, we help children reach their individual therapy goals through engaging, goal-directed sessions that make developing motor skills more accessible and enjoyable.

Allied Health Assistant Program

Our Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) work alongside our physiotherapists to deliver high-quality, flexible therapy. By supporting your child’s sessions through regular, guided practice, our AHA program increases session frequency and accessibility. This collaborative team approach ensures your child receives consistent, effective care, helping them reach their developmental goals sooner.

Orthotic Prescription

Our orthotic prescription service supports children with movement or alignment concerns, such as toe walking or hypermobility. Through expert gait and musculoskeletal assessments, we identify the best in-shoe devices—from simple inserts to custom braces—to improve your child’s functional alignment, movement patterns, and overall long-term joint health.

Tone Management

Tone management supports children with neuromuscular conditions by using personalised strategies to help regulate muscle tone. By managing muscle tightness or weakness, we improve comfort, mobility, and functional independence, ensuring children can participate more fully in everyday life and reach their unique developmental and movement goals.
